As panel surface material, POLY, PVC, Cr-Ni and GALVANIZED sheet options are available. Panel thicknesses; It is 50, 60, 80, 100, 120,150,180, 200 mm and its width is 1110 mm. Panel sizes can be produced up to 12800 mm depending on the shape of the room. The surface of the panels is smooth, hygienic and easy to clean. The panels are specially designed and together with their accessories, they prevent heat loss. The panels are kept in a 600-ton press for a minimum of 30 minutes and a maximum of 90 minutes, depending on the panel thickness, until their own reaction is completed. During production, 50 micron sheet metal is covered with a surface protection film. The combination of the panels is at the maximum level and the heat loss is at the minimum level. For this reason, savings are provided in the consumables to be used. It is produced according to the standard B2 flammability class, and optionally, production can be made according to the B1 flammability class.
